Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Gurgaon and Noida. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a robust sales pipeline. The role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their advertising and branding needs, and presenting tailored solutions and proposals. The individual will manage client accounts, coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, and maintain ongoing relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunities. Daily responsibilities include market research, competitive analysis, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and achieving defined sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify prospects and convert opportunities.
  • Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and drive ongoing growth.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present proposals, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Relevant experience in advertising, media, or marketing services sales is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales targets consistently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, basic MS Office, and comfort with data-driven decision-making is an advantage.

Note:-

Must have prior experience in the Media & Advertising industry, along with exposure to the Real Estate sector.

Candidate must own a vehicle and be willing to travel as required.
