Bms Service Engineer

Hours: Flexible 0700–1900 Mon–Fri. Occasional weekend/evening work. Overtime or flexing hours available.

Projects range £10k–£1.5m, with strong growth planned over 3–5 years. Role Overview Service Engineers support PFI Schools, Hospitals, Government Estates and MOD sites. Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure and commission BMS components (Trend, Tridium, Distech).
• Planned maintenance and reactive call‑outs (additional pay for rota).
• Technical support to clients.
• Identify improvement/remedial works.
• Prepare proposals and quotations.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Training provided
