Holman is currently seeking a qualified General Sales Manager at Land Rover San Diego with high energy, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and direct a dynamic sales team. We need a true leader with the skills and drive to successfully grow the Sales and Finance aspects our organization! Our General Sales Manager will join a team of inspired leaders, who are proud to call Holman Automotive their home; Have a steady work history and prior experience as a General Sales Manager (preferred) or a Sales Manager, with a proven track record of achieving positive results. Maintain accountability for customer retention and profitability in sales and finance. Hire, train, and motivate all sales consultants and sales management employees. Plan dealership operations for the coming year and submit to the company for approval. Assist with recruiting and training top talent, in addition to retaining them within the organization. Ability to approach others in a welcoming, diplomatic and professional manner, react well under pressure, accept responsibility for your actions, and follow through on commitments. Must have strong sales knowledge, training and performance background. Be highly engaged with retail process. Customer Satisfaction centered. Pay: We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $105,050.00 - $149,700.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
