CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Excellent data entry, must maintain accurate records with exceptional attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy.
• Effectively organize and prioritize multiple assignments while demonstrating strong time management skills and meeting established deadlines.
• Communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal staff.
• Demonstrate computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to create, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets and databases.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment while adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
• Perform repetitive computer-based tasks and use a computer for extended periods while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
• Exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and follow established policies and procedures.

Education/Knowledge/Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Administrative and Office Experience
• Experience using DBPR Versa regulations (preferred)
