Looking Manual QA Analyst

Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst (Banking Domain)

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite)
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst with 5+ years of QA experience to support a high-profile CRM transformation project within a leading investment banking environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Manual Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Functional & Regression Testing, Defect Management, and Jira. Experience working with Salesforce CRM is highly preferred. Banking or Financial Services experience is required.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of Quality Assurance (QA) experience

  • Manual Testing, Functional Testing & Regression Testing

  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Defect Tracking using Jira

  • Test Planning & Test Case Creation

  • Banking / Financial Services experience

  • Strong communication and analytical skills

  • Salesforce CRM (Preferred)

  • SQL & Advanced Excel (Nice to Have)
