The Role • Oversee the repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the role of "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" responsible for technical operations and adherence to company standards. • Manage the daily work schedule and ensure efficient operations at the service center. • Provide excellent customer service from initial contact to vehicle handover. • Handle administrative tasks including invoicing, cash management, and order processing. • Implement quality assurance measures and ensure compliance with audit standards. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as a motor vehicle mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to undertake the required trade examination or already hold the "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" qualification. • Possess a Class B driver's license and proficient IT and administrative skills. • Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication abilities. • Ability to work independently, in a team, and foster trust-based collaboration. • Commitment to the company’s values of inclusivity and respect for all individuals.
