ETL MDM Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ETL MDM Specialist to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise data integration and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The role will be responsible for building reliable ETL pipelines, maintaining master data quality, implementing data governance standards, and integrating data from multiple source systems into centralized MDM and data platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with ETL technologies, SQL, data modeling, MDM concepts, data quality, and enterprise data integration.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various source systems into MDM platforms
- Implement data governance best practices to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy
- Create and maintain data models to support MDM solutions and data integration projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Participate in data quality assessments and remediation efforts to improve overall data quality
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support data integration initiatives and MDM projects
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ETL processes and MDM solutions
- Document ETL processes, data models, and MDM configurations
Requirements
Required Skills
- Strong experience with data governance, data integration, data modeling, data quality, and ETL processes
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying
- Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies
- Certifications in data management or related fields
