The Role • Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver-assistance systems. • Take on additional responsibility as the on-site operational manager, overseeing technical aspects and adherence to company standards. • Manage daily operational planning to ensure efficiency and quality. • Provide excellent customer service, from order intake to vehicle handover. • Handle invoicing, manage customer funds, and process incoming orders. • Ensure quality assurance, manage inventory, and maintain audit-relevant standards. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with a strong preference for experience as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to obtain a relevant certification or existing certification as an operations manager (HWK). • A valid Class B driver's license and proficient German language skills. • Competency in PC use and administrative tasks. • Strong customer focus, service orientation, and excellent communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to work independently, collaboratively, and reliably within a team.
