Role:Senior Measurement Strategist
Location: Remote – US
Duration: 12 Months
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Measurement Strategist to partner with enterprise brands and help them measure the business impact of advertising and media investments. This is a customer-facing, consultative role requiring strong expertise in marketing measurement, media analytics, AdTech, and strategic problem-solving.
The strategist will guide customers from measurement use-case development through value realization, translate complex data into actionable insights, build executive relationships, and identify opportunities to improve media performance, product adoption, and account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop measurement strategies, learning agendas, hypotheses, and use cases aligned with customer business and marketing goals.
- Analyze campaign, customer, digital, and media data to identify opportunities and optimize marketing investments.
- Translate complex analytics into clear recommendations for marketing, media, and executive audiences.
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives and operational stakeholders.
- Drive adoption and value across measurement products and identify opportunities for expansion, analytics services, upsells, and renewals.
- Partner with Commercial, Services, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to deliver customer outcomes.
- Contribute to thought leadership through presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and customer initiatives.
- Guide customers through ambiguous problems using structured analysis, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Travel to customer locations as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of customer-facing, consultative experience in SaaS, AdTech, media agencies, or digital media services.
- 6+ years of marketing/media analytics experience, including campaign management, experimentation, measurement, and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of the AdTech ecosystem, including TV/CTV, DMPs, DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, publishers, and how these technologies work together.
- Experience with enterprise customers, SaaS/subscription revenue, account growth, renewals, or upselling is preferred.
- Excellent communication, executive presence, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic problem-solving, project-management, and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to business audiences and working effectively through ambiguity.
- Highly independent, proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced/startup environment.
- Strong ethics, collaboration, initiative, and customer-first mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Willingness to travel as required.
