The Role

• Direct Human Resources initiatives supporting 1,300+ employees across critical distribution hubs.
• Partner with management to identify key talent needs and develop hands-on recruitment strategies.
• Lead and coach an HR team to build and support a high-performing distribution workforce.
• Collaborate with Distribution leaders to implement HR processes and programs aligned with business goals.
• Oversee recruitment efforts for key distribution centers in strategically important states.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory HR role.
• Prior recruitment experience in a distribution or warehouse setting is a strong asset.
