Job Summary / Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven Recruitment Delivery Manager to lead and optimise high-volume recruitment delivery within our Public Sector operations. This role is central to ensuring recruitment excellence, managing a high-performing team, and collaborating with sourcing and operational leaders to deliver quality hires at scale.

You’ll be responsible for driving strategy, reducing dropouts and early attrition, and engaging in high-level conversations that shape the future of our talent delivery within your sector of the business. A key part of the role is developing and growing our Social Value recruitment strategy, creating sustainable talent pipelines that deliver long-term value for both our clients and the communities we serve.

This isn't just about filling vacancies—it's about creating sustainable recruitment solutions that make a real impact on communities while delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.

The role requires you to be on site a minimum of three days per week in either our Gateshead or Manchester office.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

People Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators to meet volume hiring targets.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and support career development.

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of recruitment campaigns across multiple sites and functions.

  • Collaborate with the Sourcing Manager, Director of Recruitment and operational partners/hiring managers to align candidate pipelines with business needs.

  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and SLAs, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

Social Value Recruiting

  • Develop relationships with key strategic social value partners, expanding these across our key locations and, where appropriate, nationally.

  • Use data and analytics in partnership with MI and the operational team to deliver targeted recruitment initiatives, cultivating accountability with partners to drive growth and long-term success.

  • Create partnership agreements and lead monthly and quarterly reviews to evaluate performance, strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Build and scale talent pipelines through social value partnerships, community organisations, education providers and employment initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with operational leaders to forecast hiring needs and tailor recruitment strategies.

  • Act as a trusted advisor in workforce planning, talent trends and market insights.

  • Lead high-level conversations with senior stakeholders to influence recruitment outcomes.

Quality & Attrition Management

  • Implement strategies to improve candidate experience, reduce dropout and minimise early 30, 60 and 90-day attrition.

  • Analyse data to identify trends and root causes of attrition, implementing corrective actions where required.

  • Ensure quality of hire through robust assessment and selection processes, delivering both the volume and quality required across campaigns.

What You'll Bring – Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment in a BPO or similarly fast-paced environment.

  • A proven track record of delivering high-volume recruitment programmes at pace.

  • Consistently achieving fulfilment targets without compromising quality.

  • Experience managing cost per hire through innovative and sustainable sourcing strategies.

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

  • A data-driven mindset with experience using key metrics to drive performance.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels.

  • Passion for delivering quality hires and improving candidate outcomes.

  • Passion for developing a robust Social Value strategy and building effective sourcing partnerships that deliver measurable results.

What You'll Get

  • A pivotal role in shaping recruitment delivery across our Public Sector operations.

  • Opportunities to innovate and lead strategic initiatives.

  • A collaborative, high-energy culture focused on impact and excellence.

  • Career progression and development opportunities.

If you're commercially minded, data-driven, passionate about social value, and know how to build recruitment partnerships that deliver results, we'd love to hear from you.
