This role is crucial for maintaining the operational integrity of one of the largest healthcare providers in the region, which serves as an academic teaching hospital and fosters a collaborative, high-standard medical environment. The Role • Ensure the safe and reliable technical operation of the hospital through maintenance, inspections, and repairs. • Conduct technical checks, respond to technical notifications, and perform regular site walk-throughs. • Coordinate and manage external subcontractors, including their onboarding and work acceptance. • Participate in technical projects and support energy management initiatives for increased efficiency. • Manage technical data, process relevant information, and ensure legally compliant documentation. • Be part of an on-call rotation to promptly address technical disruptions. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a technician or master in electrical engineering (e.g., energy and building technology, building energy and infrastructure systems, electrical operations technology, or communication and security technology). • Several years of professional experience along with knowledge of relevant regulations. • Proficiency in MS Office and CAFM systems. • Strong analytical skills to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical challenges. • Proactive, team-oriented, and service-driven attitude, with a willingness for further training. • A valid driver's license (Class B).
