Engagement Manager

Introduction

The Engagement Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing high-risk engagements with multiple workstreams, ensuring strategic alignment, stakeholder management, and successful project delivery. This position requires a combination of program management expertise, cross-functional leadership, and a strong focus on accountability and governance.

Responsibilities

• Leverage expertise to assess project impacts, build cross-geo relationships, and elevate the brand.
• Demonstrate transformation execution thought leadership during ambiguous or conflict situations.
• Drive large-scale engagements, ensuring strategic alignment and future account growth.
• Focus on governance, stakeholder alignment, quality checks, and overall project structure.
• Coach and mentor junior EMs and lead Senior Engagement Managers in complex projects.
• Lead the delivery team and manage engagement governance, timeline, scope, risk, and financials.
• Work with Sales Account Team, partners, and customers to understand challenges and deliver value.
• Apply expertise from the Now Create methodology to promote long-term customer success.
• Act as a single contact for collaboration and customer agreement on proposed solutions.
• Mentor team members to achieve engagement deliverables and customer desired results.
• Identify gaps between actuals and plan of record, proposing solutions and driving resolutions.
• Lead delivery team throughout complex programs with multiple workstreams.
