Senior Lead Software Engineer [$325k/yr+] TS/SCI-FS Poly with Security Clearance

Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered. Summary: • Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems, including algorithm development and large data set manipulation. • Test software components, resolve software problem reports, and apply software development methodologies. • Provide input to system design, perform requirements analysis, lead multiple software development teams, and ensure quality contr ol of developed software. Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience (4 additional years of SWE experience). • Years of experience: 20+ years of experience as a Software Engineer. • Total Compensation: $325k+ yearly • Clearance: TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Job Description: • Develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems, including processing-intensive analytics and novel algorithm development. • Review and test software components for adherence to design requirements, documenting results and resolving problem reports. • Utilize appropriate software development and design methodologies. • Provide specific input to system design, including hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, and COTS/GOTS integration. • Perform requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components. • Recommend new technologies and processes for complex software projects. • Serve as the technical lead for multiple software development teams. • Select software development processes in coordination with the customer and system engineering. • Ensure quality contr ol of all developed and modified software. • Delegate programming and testing responsibilities to teams and monitor their performance. • Key Skills: Algorithm Development, Requirements Analysis, Software Development, Software Testing, Systems Engineering, Technical Team Leadership.
