Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sitetracker Developer with strong Salesforce Platform development and integration experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Sitetracker, Apex, LWC, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, APIs, and enterprise integrations. Telecom domain experience, particularly tower/site lifecycle, lease, asset, construction, and field service processes, is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sitetracker Development & Customization

  • Design and develop custom objects, workflows, automation, and business logic within Sitetracker/Salesforce.

  • Configure end-to-end project lifecycle workflows, including Site Acquisition Leasing Construction Operations.

  • Develop and customize solutions using Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, LWC, Aura Components, and Visualforce where applicable.

  • Implement validation rules, role-based access, sharing rules, and scalable business logic.

  • Optimize Sitetracker configurations and customizations based on business requirements.

2. Integration & API Engineering

  • Develop and maintain integrations between Sitetracker and enterprise systems such as CCIsites, CRM/Dynamics, ServiceNow, GIS, and external vendor platforms.

  • Design and implement REST and SOAP APIs.

  • Develop middleware-based integrations using technologies such as AWS Lambda and API Gateway.

  • Support event-driven integration architectures and reliable data exchange.

  • Ensure contract-based integration stability, backward compatibility, and regression readiness.

3. Telecom Domain Alignment

  • Support telecom-specific use cases involving:

    • Tower and site lifecycle management

    • Lease and asset tracking

    • Field service workflows

    • Site power management

    • Construction tracking

  • Translate telecom business requirements into scalable and maintainable Sitetracker/Salesforce technical solutions.

  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define appropriate solution approaches.

4. Agile POD Delivery Ownership

  • Work within integration-focused Agile engineering PODs to deliver end-to-end features.

  • Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Story Estimation, Technical Spikes, Demos, and Retrospectives.

  • Own technical design, development, unit testing, deployment, and post-deployment validation.

  • Collaborate closely with developers, architects, QA engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders.

5. Quality Engineering & DevOps

  • Develop comprehensive unit tests and support integration testing using tools such as Postman.

  • Follow CI/CD practices using GitHub, Jenkins, Harness, or similar DevOps platforms.

  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards, security requirements, governance, and code-quality guidelines.

  • Support regression testing, defect resolution, performance optimization, and release validation.

  • Maintain high-quality, reusable, and scalable code.

6. Production Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide L2/L3 production support for Sitetracker/Salesforce applications and integrations.

  • Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.

  • Troubleshoot application, integration, workflow, and data-related issues.

  • Drive continuous improvement and automation of business workflows.

  • Monitor system performance and integration reliability.

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform.

  • Expertise in:

    • Apex

    • LWC

    • SOQL

    • Salesforce Flows

    • Apex Triggers

    • Salesforce Custom Objects

    • Validation Rules

  • Hands-on Sitetracker development/configuration experience is mandatory or highly preferred.

  • Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.

  • Experience with middleware and event-driven integration architectures.

  • Working knowledge of AWS Lambda and API Gateway.

  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, or Harness.

  • API and integration testing experience using Postman or similar tools.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, deployment, testing, and governance.

Telecom Domain Experience

Telecom industry experience is highly preferred, particularly experience with:

  • Tower/site lifecycle management

  • Site acquisition

  • Leasing and lease management

  • Construction workflows

  • Field service processes

  • Asset management

  • Site power tracking

  • Telecom infrastructure/vendor integrations

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with both business and IT teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Experience working in a client-facing Agile delivery environment.

  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage end-to-end delivery within an Agile POD.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
