AI & Automation Solutions Architect

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI & Automation Solutions Architect to lead enterprise-scale intelligent automation, AI integration, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in RPA, UiPath, Blue Prism, Google Cloud AI, Salesforce, SQL, and enterprise systems integration.

This is a highly technical and business-facing role requiring the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable automation and AI-driven solutions while working closely with architects, engineering teams, product stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise RPA and intelligent automation solutions using UiPath and/or Blue Prism.
• Develop scalable AI-driven automation strategies using Google Cloud AI and AI Agents.
• Architect integrations across Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other enterprise platforms.
• Analyze and optimize complex SQL queries, databases, and data workflows to improve system performance.
• Create and maintain BRD, FRD, PDD, SDD, technical requirements, and Agile user stories.
• Perform system integration, data lineage analysis, architectural risk assessment, and solution validation.
• Partner with engineering, QA, product, and business teams throughout the SDLC.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery tracking through Jira.
• Develop analytics and visualization solutions using Tableau.
• Mentor technical teams and identify opportunities for automation, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Integration, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise IT.
• 5+ years of experience with RPA / Intelligent Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath and/or Blue Prism.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), AI Agents, or AI-driven automation.
• Strong Salesforce integration experience, preferably across Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Advanced SQL development, query tuning, and database optimization skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with Jira and enterprise requirements/documentation processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PSM I / Professional Scrum Master certification.
• ISTQB Foundation certification.
• Tableau certification or strong Tableau development experience.
• Google Cloud / Cloud AI certification.
• Experience with financial services, banking, or other highly regulated enterprise environments.
• Experience with legacy modernization and multi-cloud architectures.
