Detailed Job Description

 We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing activities for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the overall test strategy, managing testing scope, coordinating with business teams and vendors, ensuring environment readiness, and driving quality through effective defect management and reporting. The candidate should have strong experience in integration testing, API testing, data migration testing, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

·         Define and own the overall test strategy, test approach, and test plans.

·         Identify testing scope, objectives, entry/exit criteria, risks, and mitigation plans.

·         Develop and manage the test schedule, milestones, and testing deliverables.

·         Coordinate with business users, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure complete test coverage.

·         Manage test data preparation and ensure testing environment readiness.

·         Lead Integration Testing, API Testing, and Data Migration Testing activities.
