What You'll Need • (Technical) high school diploma, a qualified vocational training certificate, or a state-certified technician/business administrator qualification. • German language proficiency at B2 level. • An analytical and communicative mindset, with an interest in foreign cultures. • Previous international experience is a plus. • Demonstrable flexibility, teamwork, meticulousness, openness, and organizational skills. • Strong verbal communication skills in German, English, and ideally another foreign language.
