Project Coordinator - Data Center/Infrastructure Services - Contract - Hybrid - Anderson, SC - W2 only

Project Coordinator / Project Analyst:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Analyst to support engineering and project management teams in delivering complex projects across manufacturing or construction environments.

This is a contract job and the pay range is $32-37 an hour (W2) based on experience. This role is mostly onsite in Anderson, SC, but there will be some opportunity to work remotely some days. This candidate needs to be local to Anderson, SC.

This role is responsible for tracking project progress, managing documentation, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring accurate reporting across financial, operational, and project KPIs. You will play a key role in maintaining project plans, supporting client reporting, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate has 5 7 years of experience in project coordination or management, strong organizational and analytical skills, and experience working with tools such as Microsoft Office, ERP/CRM systems, and project tracking platforms.

This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment, excels at communication and coordination, and can effectively support projects from initiation through completion.
