The Role • Build and lead your own EASYFITNESS studio. • Take full entrepreneurial responsibility for operations, including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality. • Lead, motivate, and develop your team. • Drive local marketing initiatives and member acquisition. • Ensure an outstanding studio experience for all members. • Uphold EASYFITNESS brand and quality standards. What You'll Need • Available equity of €25,000 to €75,000. • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to act independently. • Proven leadership and teamwork capabilities. • High motivation to build and grow your own business. • Passion for fitness, health, and people. • Prior experience in fitness, service, management, or sales is ideal, though not required for motivated career changers.
