One of our clients is looking for Product Manager based on following skills:
Candidates are expected to be in the office in PA 2 days a week (offices available statewide) with one of those days being Wednesday. 3 days can be worked from home/remote. Position Summary:
The Client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the modernization of the CAI application. The CAI application is critical important to resolving complaints from the public with utilities companies. A three year long modernization effort is about to start that will involve the planning and delivery of this exciting project. This role will be responsible for defining the product vision, prioritizing the roadmap, gathering and managing user stories, leading the design, leading the development team, testing and implementation of the product. The Product Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, architects, and vendors to ensure the modernized solution meets current and future business needs while aligning with enterprise architecture, security, and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the CAI application modernization initiative.
  • Elicit, document, prioritize, and manage business and functional user stories from stakeholders across the Commission.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog items.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, developers, UX/UI designers, and vendors to define modern technical approaches (including potential platform, architecture, and integration decisions).
  • Prioritize features and technical work based on business value, risk, dependencies, and strategic goals.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) as needed.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs for the modernized CAI application and track progress against them.
  • Support change management, user adoption, and training efforts related to the modernized solution.
  • Ensure the product aligns with Commonwealth and PA PUC standards for security, accessibility (WCAG), data privacy, and compliance.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments and drive resolution.
  • Provide regular status updates and recommendations to IT leadership and business sponsors.
