About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Snowflake Engineer with strong expertise in data warehousing, ELT pipelines, and cloudnative data engineering. The ideal candidate will design, optimize, and scale Snowflake environments for enterprise data workloads. Experience with Jitterbit and Salesforce data integration is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Snowflake Development - Build and optimize Snowflake objects (warehouses, schemas, stages, tasks, streams).

• ELT Pipeline Design - Develop scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines.

• SQL & Performance Tuning - Write complex SQL, optimize queries, and manage Snowflake compute costs.

• Data Integration - Integrate data from APIs, SaaS apps, and enterprise systems.

• Cloud Engineering - Work with AWS/Azure services (S3, Lambda, Glue, ADF, etc.).

• Jitterbit + Salesforce (Good to Have) - Support customer data ingestion into Salesforce for KAM/CRM use cases.

• Data Quality - Implement validation, monitoring, and governance standards.

• Collaboration - Work with product, analytics, and business teams in Agile environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• Snowflake - Snowflake SQL, Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Time Travel, Clustering.

• SQL - Strong analytical SQL and performance tuning.

• Python or Java for data processing.

• ETL/ELT Tools - Airflow, DBT, Matillion, or similar.

• Cloud Platforms - AWS or Azure data services.

• Git, CI/CD, DevOps practices.

Good to Have

• Jitterbit for API/ETL integration.

• Salesforce Data Model — CRM, Customer 360, Account/Contact/Opportunity objects.

• Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) or KAM workflows.
• Knowledge of microservices or eventdriven architecture.

Soft Skills

• Strong problemsolving and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior engineers.
• Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
