Job Description:
We are seeking a Solution Architect with strong hands-on experience with the Coveo platform to design and optimize enterprise search, recommendations, and personalization solutions within a B2B eCommerce environment. The role will focus on Coveo integrations with platforms such as Salesforce and Contentful CMS, search relevancy tuning, analytics, and architectural governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage Coveo integration patterns with Salesforce, Contentful, and other CX platforms.
• Configure and optimize Coveo search components, indexing, field mapping, and data sources.
• Develop and govern relevance tuning using Query Ranking Expressions (QRE) and Automatic Relevance Tuning.
• Design search, recommendation, and personalization strategies.
• Implement A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and search/content analytics.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on REST APIs and composable front-end solutions using React.js/CSS.
• Provide architectural guidance across cloud and composable experience platforms.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of software engineering or solution architecture experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Coveo experience, including Coveo Cloud or Coveo for Salesforce.
• Strong experience with eCommerce search and recommendations, preferably B2B.
• Experience with Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience with REST APIs, Salesforce, and Contentful.
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch or Apache Solr is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of search relevancy, AI/ML, and search analytics.
