Job Description

About the Role

As a Performance Marketing Manager at a growing B2B performance marketing agency in Berlin, you'll take full ownership of major ad accounts — managing seven- to eight-figure annual budgets across Paid Search and Paid Social on behalf of a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll be a key driver of client growth, working within a team that has built strong processes and ambitious targets to help you develop quickly.

What You'll Do

  • Take end-to-end ownership of ad accounts, independently making strategic decisions about account development and direction.

  • Plan and build new advertiser accounts from scratch, ramping up quickly on complex industries and client businesses.

  • Create, manage, and optimise Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across Google, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, and LinkedIn — with the option to specialise in one or more channels.

  • Monitor all relevant KPIs and act decisively when you spot inefficiencies or untapped opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–6 years of hands-on experience in paid media, covering both Paid Search and Paid Social.

  • Proven experience managing and scaling accounts on Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Track record of building and scaling new advertiser accounts from the ground up.

  • Ability to manage large budgets and make independent, data-driven decisions.

  • Analytical and proactive working style — you spot problems and act before they're raised.

  • German language proficiency at C2 or native level (essential for this role).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: €50,000 – €80,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Location

Hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany.
