The Role • Consult with customers to understand their garden vision and translate it into concrete plans. • Develop comprehensive garden designs, from terraces and raised beds to ponds. • Guide customers from initial concept through to the completion of their dream garden. • Utilize modern presentation and planning tools to bring customer ideas to life. • Provide end-to-end customer support, from consultation and sales to assisting with implementation. • Connect customers with qualified craftspeople for project execution. What You'll Need • Successfully completed vocational training in a trade, technical, or commercial field (e.g., landscape gardening, horticulture, carpentry, agriculture, agricultural sciences, or similar). • A passion for modern garden concepts and creativity in realizing garden dreams. • Strong customer focus, sales talent, and a high degree of responsibility. • Proficiency and enjoyment working with modern presentation and planning tools, as well as standard Microsoft Office applications. • Experience in sales or a willingness to grow into a sales-focused role is highly valued.
