The Role • Setting up and reconfiguring production equipment. • Monitoring production processes with a focus on quality. • Performing routine maintenance on machinery. • Conducting quality control checks. • Recording results and managing order processing within the SAP system. • Ensuring efficient production by minimizing waste and setup times. What You'll Need • Completed technical vocational training. • Previous experience operating and monitoring production machinery is advantageous. • Strong technical aptitude. • Ability to work collaboratively, reliably, and flexibly. • Willingness to work a 4-shift system. • Proficiency in written and spoken German (B2 level).
