Exploitation Specialist/GDAT Software Engineer | St. Louis, MO, United States | Hybrid | $73,450.00 - $132,775.00 This employer is seeking an Exploitation Specialist/GDAT Software Engineer to modernize applications and support production operations for a customer. This role is ideal for a meticulous professional focused on delivering essential software enhancements and ensuring seamless application functionality. The Role • Assist the customer's GDAT Team in implementing minor application enhancements for the Geospatial Data Analysis Tool-Modernized (GDAT-M). • Facilitate efficient testing processes to ensure application stability and performance. • Manage security and vulnerability testing and associated documentation. • Accelerate the modernization of tools for NSG/ASG customers, transitioning from MS-Access to PostgreSQL databases. • Provide sustainment and deployment support for the GDAT-M application, a leading desktop tool for geo-positioning and validation of national products. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience. • 1-3 years of User Interface Design experience. • Proven expertise in Web Data Hosting. • 1-3 years of experience as a .NET Visual Basic programmer. • 1-3 years of experience in Windows Desktop application development. • 1-3 years of Software Test Engineering experience. • Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for CI Poly approval.
