The Role • Lead and manage a large team of hourly merchandising associates across multiple retail locations. • Ensure high on-time execution rates for all merchandising projects, including resets, cut-ins, stocking, and audits. • Develop strong working relationships with retail partners and client contacts. • Oversee recruitment, training, and ongoing development of assigned employees. • Manage district operational costs, including travel and overtime, to meet financial targets. • Contribute to regional success through collaboration and support.
