Introduction:

We are looking for a skilled Mainframe CICS & MQ Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CICS and IBM MQ administration, with a strong focus on high availability and system performance.

Responsibilities:

• Administer CICS and MQ environments.
• Configure and tune CICS regions.
• Support upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Maintain high availability and system performance.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of CICS & IBM MQ Administration
• CICS TS, CPSM, CICSplex
• IBM MQ Administration
• SMP/E, RACF
• SMF, RDO, SIT
• CICS Performance Tuning
• MRO, TOR, AOR Configuration
• Dumps, Traces, Problem Determination

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with IBM WebSphere MQ
• Knowledge of TOR
