Job Description

Job Title: Product Owner – Network Capability Delivery

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: Long Term

This role is essentially a Product Owner / Business Systems Analyst focused on Network Authorization Modernization (AMP). The strongest candidate should demonstrate:

  • Product Owner, Product Management, or BSA roles.
  • Strong requirements ownership from discovery/refinement through delivery.
  • Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience: backlog refinement, prioritization, sprint readiness, acceptance criteria, and ceremonies.
  • Proven ability to coordinate Engineering, QA, business, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong dependency, risk, and issue management across complex technology programs.
  • Experience with authorization, payments, card/network processing, transaction platforms, or financial services is highly valuable.
  • Experience supporting large-scale modernization/transformation programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, facilitation, decision-making, and ability to operate in ambiguity.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear functional/technical requirements and testable acceptance criteria.
  • Ideally, experience with network capabilities and authorization platforms, even if AMP-specific experience is not present.
