Appian Solution Architect

Role :   Appian Solution Architect
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA - Remote, USA

Mandatory Skills: Lead Appian Certification, Proficient in database design and Appian BPM suite, including Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, and Appian Sites with experience on Appian 20.x and above 
    Minimum of 12+ years of extensive experience in Appian development and architecture
    Must have Lead Appian Certification
    Proven experience in leading Appian projects and teams for complex delivery
    Hands-on development experience on Appian Versions(Appian 20.x and above )
    Strong background in software development and project management, preferably in Agile environments
    Proficient in database design and Appian BPM suite, including Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, and Appian Sites
    Deep knowledge of Appian architecture, components, and best practices
    Experience with integration of Appian with other systems using RESTful APIs, web services (inbound / outbound), and SQL
    Familiarity with Appian RPA and AI capabilities
    Good to have IBM BPM / TIBCO / PEGA or any other near skill workflow application knowledge 
    Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
    Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities

Key Responsibilities:
    Lead the design, development, and implementation of Appian applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
    Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Appian solutions.
    Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams throughout the Appian development lifecycle.
    Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, implementing effective solutions and optimizations.
    Oversee integration of Appian applications with existing systems using RESTful APIs, web services, and other methods.
    Conduct system performance evaluations and optimize solutions for speed and efficiency.
    Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security, and governance requirements.
