About the role

You love solving complex puzzles and enjoy finding solutions that get customers home, save bookings and help consultants succeed. As part of Supply Tech Ops, the ProHub Solutions Specialist owns second level escalations from consultants, advisors and travel managers across all FCTG brands. The role blends deep problem solving with quality oversight across the support ecosystem, including offshore providers and AI agents. You set the standard for expert resolution and consistency, every time.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex, escalated air and GDS issues that Level 1 support cannot solve.
• Work fluently across Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport and TPConnect.
• Review and improve the quality of resolutions delivered by offshore providers and AI agents.
• Build consultant capability through knowledge content and self service tools.
• Spot patterns in escalations and flag root cause fixes.

Qualifications

• Passion for airfare details and strong technical focus.
• Extensive experience with multi GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport, TPConnect).
• Analytical mindset: investigate thoroughly before guessing.
• Commitment to outcomes for the business and customer, not just case closure.
• Ability to explain complex fixes simply so others can learn.
• Experience in delivering standout service and problem solving.
