Required Qualifications for Hotel Handyman / Maintenance Technician

2+ years of experience in hotel maintenance, building maintenance, facilities maintenance, handyman, or a related field.
Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
Ability to diagnose problems and determine appropriate repair solutions.
Ability to use common hand and power tools safely.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Maintain visitor records, handle basic administrative tasks, and coordinate with internal staff.
Manage multiple shifts, ensure smooth front-desk operations, and maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
