Senior SAP WM/EWM Functional Consultant (S/4HANA Conversion)

Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior SAP WM/EWM Functional Consultant for a high-impact ECC to S/4HANA conversion project. Since classic WM is being deprecated in S/4HANA 2027, you will own the critical assessment of the current WM footprint and define the roadmap to either Embedded EWM or Decentralized EWM. The ideal candidate must have hands-on migration experience and a deep domain understanding of process/heavy manufacturing warehouse environments.

Key Responsibilities
Migration Strategy: Lead fit-gap analysis and map delta requirements between ECC classic WM and target S/4HANA EWM.

Design & Configuration: Configure S/4HANA Embedded/Decentralized EWM including warehouse structures, storage types, putaway/picking strategies, wave management, and RF framework.

Data Migration: Execute master data and stock migration (bins, quants, open transfer orders) utilizing the SAP Migration Cockpit.

Integration: Drive seamless integration of EWM with MM, SD, PP (production supply), and QM modules.

Technical Alignment: Collaborate with ABAP teams to remediate custom enhancements (BADIs, User Exits, PPF actions) and resolve SPDD/SPAU items.

Testing & Hypercare: Develop end-to-end integration test scripts, lead UAT on the warehouse floor, manage cutover tasks, and provide post go-live hypercare stabilization.

Required Qualifications
7+ years of hands-on SAP WM and/or EWM functional consulting experience.

Minimum 2 full-lifecycle ECC to S/4HANA migration projects in a Lead WM/EWM capacity.

Proven domain experience in Steel, Metal, or Process Manufacturing industries.

Expertise in SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Activate Methodology, and functional specification design for RICEFW/RF frameworks.

Preferred: SAP EWM Certification; experience with warehouse automation (WCS/conveyor system interfaces).
