The Role • Lead the promotion of the psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies. • Drive sales performance through comprehensive clinical knowledge and strategic planning. • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and manage accounts holistically. • Analyze local market dynamics and leverage therapeutic area expertise to identify opportunities. • Stay informed on reimbursement trends and address payer access issues effectively. • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical and regulatory environment policies and FDA regulations. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. • Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or related healthcare sales experience. • Proven ability to excel in product knowledge through training and certification. • Strong self-starter with an excellent work ethic and exceptional communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacy. • Must reside within 40 miles of the defined territory boundaries. • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
