iCertis Administrator

We are seeking an experienced iCertis Administrator to take ownership of a growing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of the Icertis Contract Management (ICM) platform, helping drive automation, improve business processes, and support enterprise-wide contract lifecycle operations.

You''ll partner closely with Product, Business Analysts, Legal, Procurement, Sales, and Technology teams to enhance platform capabilities, implement workflow automation, and deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer, configure, and continuously enhance the Icertis Contract Management (ICM) platform.
• Design, configure, and optimize workflows, business rules, and system functionality to support evolving business requirements.
• Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to refine backlogs, evaluate requirements, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Develop and support workflow automation and system integrations to improve contract lifecycle processes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Sales, and Technology teams to maximize platform adoption and effectiveness.
• Support contract lifecycle management processes from contract creation through execution and renewal.
• Maintain platform security, user access, system performance, and overall operational health.
• Create documentation, communicate system changes, and provide guidance to end users as new functionality is introduced.
• Continuously evaluate new platform capabilities and recommend improvements based on CLM best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of hands-on administration experience supporting a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.
• Hands-on experience administering the Icertis Contract Management (ICM) platform.
• Experience supporting integrations between CLM platforms and other enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of CLM processes, contract lifecycle best practices, and workflow automation.
• Experience configuring enterprise SaaS applications and supporting business process improvements.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and business stakeholders.
