The Role • Develop and implement strategic programs to drive census growth for inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services. • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing Business Development team. • Analyze market opportunities and threats, presenting actionable insights to senior management. • Collaborate with hospital leadership to identify new service opportunities and refine existing offerings. • Oversee critical operational and financial metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Manage marketing operations, including staff recruitment and development. What You'll Need • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare marketing or liaison role. • Proven track record in sales and marketing leadership, preferably within the healthcare industry. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. • Understanding of healthcare operations, financial metrics, admission processes, and reimbursement systems. • Familiarity with physician relations, case management, and managed care is advantageous. • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
