Job Description


We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team supporting Roche Diagnostics Corp. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in clinical data handling, EP Evaluator, Microsoft Excel, and regulatory compliance and a proven ability to ingest, assess, and validate laboratory data to meet CLIA and CAP standards while enabling automated, data-driven decision making.


Responsibilities:



  • Diligently enter, create, maintain, and archive designated master data within scope of responsibility.

  • Import clinical data from field operations using statistical application software and ensure data quality.

  • Apply CLIA and CAP regulatory requirements to assess data for compliance and monitor data quality.

  • Provide feedback and guidance to stakeholders to meet quality standards for customers.

  • Foster automated and efficient decision making through accurate data structures and reporting.

  • Take measured risks and implement ideas within established parameters and procedures.


Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • Medical Laboratory Medicine degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Advanced working knowledge of EP Evaluator and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong understanding of databases and data structures, including tables, hierarchical structures, and flat files.

  • Organizational and planning skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

  • Familiarity with CAP regulatory checklists and chemistry laboratory verification and inspection expectations.


Preferred Skills:



  • Medical Technologist or Clinical Lab Scientist with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

  • Experience with SQL, Python, or business intelligence tools.
