The Role • Prepare construction machinery and equipment for rental operations. • Manage the check-out and check-in of rental equipment, including customer instructions. • Inspect, maintain, and refurbish machinery and equipment, including performing UVV inspections. • Conduct minor repairs and maintenance in the workshop, on construction sites, or at customer locations. • Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the operating premises and yard. What You'll Need • Technical or vocational training in a mechanical or mechatronic field is desirable. • Experience in equipment maintenance and repair (e.g., as an automotive mechanic or mechatronics technician). • A strong sense of responsibility, with precise and reliable work habits. • A proactive and team-oriented approach to work. • A valid driver's license (minimum Class B). • Proficiency in PC and smartphone use for documentation and communication. • Fluent German language skills.
