The Role

• Prospect new business and follow up on assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and propose effective solutions.
• Develop strategic recommendations for commercial clients to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Build trusted relationships with customers by empathetically understanding their needs and clearly explaining solutions.
• Utilize provided sales tools and technology to manage customer agreements and stay organized.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities and conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity.

What You'll Need

• No prior industry experience required; sales experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact with diverse customers.
• Willingness to obtain necessary professional certifications (company-sponsored).
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including using ladders, lifting, and accessing confined spaces, while wearing appropriate PPE.
