Prepare sector-focused newsletters
Prepare parts of buy-side / sell-side pitch books, including credentials, investment highlights, industry overview, buyer / target identification and profiling
Execute parts of valuation analysis using market approach
Assist in preparing sections of Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), Management Presentations (MPs) and deal admin workstreams
Perform financial and operational benchmarking
Prepare databook and financial summary
•Prepare parts of conference presentations
CA / CFA / MBA (Specialization in Finance & Investment Management)
