User Experience (UX) Specialist

IOP is seeking a contractor position that is needed to handle the duties and responsibilities of the currently vacant Training Developer position on the IOP UX Team.

This position requires a unique combination of technical skills and communication skills that is difficult to find within the constraints of State employment

This resource will provide training, guidance, and product support for 1200+ agency, board, and commission (ABC) users who use the IOP Platform to create and maintain content for their websites and applications. This role will be crucial in maintaining IOP's new training curriculum that supports Contentful CMS users. This resource will also be critical in providing UX support that is needed to migrate the 160+ websites from the old HCL CMS to the new CMS.

This resource will support IOP in communicating to ABC users, through various channels, when it comes to issues and upcoming changes related to IOP-supported applications and websites.

Additionally, this resource will provide day-to-day support to ABC users who have questions or issues when it comes to using the following IOP applications to update and maintain their public-facing websites:

HCL CMS

Contentful CMS

Cloudinary

Form.IO

Audience Manager

Developer Portal
