Position: Cloud Platform Developer

Compensation: $65 - 72 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Cloud Platform Developer to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on platform engineer who enjoys building modern delivery solutions from the ground up. You'll support a fast-moving team by creating CI/CD pipelines, improving deployment automation, and strengthening cloud platform capabilities in a highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Build CI/CD pipelines from scratch.
• Develop deployment methods for containerized applications.
• Create and maintain Terraform infrastructure code.
• Support Azure platform engineering initiatives.
• Partner with teams on networking, DNS, and certificates.
• Automate repeatable tasks and reduce manual work.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional engineering team.
• Act as a technical resource for platform questions.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 8+ years of Azure experience in platform engineering.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines from scratch.
• Strong Terraform or OpenTofu experience.
• Solid DevOps fundamentals and cloud infrastructure knowledge.
• Comfortable scripting in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of Git workflows.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, certificates, and network security.
• Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Harness experience.
• Google Cloud Platform experience.
• Azure certifications.
• Experience with reusable infrastructure modules.
• Background in observability or reliability improvements.
