What youll be doing

Strategic leadership & transformation

  • Lead the organisationsBusiness Change Strategyaligned to corporate priorities
  • Advise the Executive Team and Board on digital, data, and efficiency opportunities
  • Champion a culture ofinnovation, insight and continuous improvement

Digital & ICT leadership

  • Set direction forsecure, resilient, future-focused technology services
  • Shape digital strategy includingautomation, integration, cloud, and AI
  • Ensure strong governance, performance, and value from ICT services

Data, insight & intelligence

  • LeadBusiness Intelligence, data governance and analytics
  • Build adata-driven cultureand improve data literacy across teams
  • Turn insight into action to improve performance and outcomes

Programme delivery & change

  • Oversee the organisationschange portfolio and programme governance
  • Ensure projects are prioritised, aligned and deliver measurable results
  • Maintain strong oversight of risks, dependencies, and benefits realisation

Business improvement & efficiency

  • Lead end-to-endprocess redesign and service improvement
  • Develop and manage anorganisation-wide efficiency pipeline

Leadership & collaboration

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across ICT, BI, and change functions
  • Build strong partnerships across the organisation and with external stakeholders
  • Create a high-performing, inclusive culture aligned to our values
