ADA Manager

Description

Position Overview

Support the creation and remediation of organizational materials to ensure full compliance with ADA and WCAG accessibility standards.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Remediate PDFs, forms, and multi-page documents for screen reader compatibility, including tagging, reading order, and alt text
• Ensure ADA-compliant layout, typography, and color contrast across materials
• Work within established brand guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on content accessibility needs
• Document remediation steps and provide guidance on accessibility best practices

Requirements

Technical Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience using accessibility tools in Canva and Google Workspace (Docs, Slides)
• Experience using Grackle Extensions, Grackle Go, and PAC
• Strong understanding of digital and print accessibility
• Deep knowledge of WCAG (2.1 or 2.2) and ADA standards, Section 508

• Expertise in ADA and WCAG compliance
