Technical Coordinator Property Investment - 6 month fixed term contract - Devizes, SN10 2AZ, United Kingdom

Are you highly organised with a keen eye for detail? Were looking for a dedicated Technical Coordinator to join our Stock Conditions Team.

In this vital role, you'll support the delivery of efficient and high-performing stock condition services by maintaining key asset databases and providing essential administrative and coordination support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting and manipulatingdata, maintaining the databases and any additional or associated systems. Developing, creatingand producingreports as instructed and required.
  • Ensuringsystems such as PIMSS and ROCC are kept up to date with accurate information following the completion of planned investment programmes to allow for effective forward planning and budgeting.
  • Providingadministrative support to the Stock Condition and wider Property Investment Teams - raising purchase orders and sundry payments organising meetings, and minute-taking, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Ensuringasset surveyors diaries are populated with appointments in line with Stock Conditions Teams priorities. Furthermore, managingthe diaries on a daily basis to guarantee smooth operations.
  • Supporting programme planning and performance monitoring for repairs and improvements.
  • Assisting with resident communications and prepare reports for senior management and boards.
  • Demonstratinga customer first approach and responding to customer queries relating to appointments, programmes and other stock related queries.
  • Working with the Home Improvements team to assist with logging, progressing and monitoring tenant permission requests from end to end.
  • Occasionally support Asset Surveyors with on-site inspections.
  • Contributingto the development of systems and processes that enhance team efficiency.

About You:


You will be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), including passes in English and Maths.

With strong IT skills, youll be confident using Microsoft Office and database systems. Youll bring previous administrative experience, ideally within property, housing, or technical services, along with excellent written and verbal communication, an ability to work at pace to juggle various tasks, coordination skills and a strong customer-first approach.

Self-motivated and well-organised, youre able to manage your time effectively while supporting a range of internal and external stakeholders.

This is considered a hybrid role enabling you to base yourself from home if you wish. The team do come together for training and working together days so being happy to travel to our office HUB is a must.
