Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Consultant

Summary:

PeopleSoft HCM Consultant with 10+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting PeopleSoft HCM applications. Strong expertise in Workforce Administration (WFA), Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM), and ePerformance. Responsible for functional analysis, configuration, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience
• PeopleSoft Workforce Administration (WFA)
• Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM)
• ePerformance
• PeopleSoft HCM configuration & customization
• Functional requirements gathering and analysis
• Production support & troubleshooting
• Testing, UAT, and defect resolution
• People Tools knowledge
• PeopleSoft integration/interface experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management

Work Site: Remote

Duration: 6 Months
