About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Apex, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, mentor team members, collaborate with business stakeholders, and deliver high-quality Salesforce applications in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and customize applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Triggers, and Flows.
• Design and implement solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Batch Apex.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience developing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD deployment processes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Platform Developer II preferred.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Experience with Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, or MuleSoft integrations.
• Knowledge of DevOps Center and modern Salesforce release management practices.
• Experience leading offshore/onshore development teams and enterprise Salesforce implementations.
