The Role

• Prospect new business and manage assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and customer needs.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations for pest management solutions.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with commercial clients.
• Utilize provided technology to create sales agreements and manage client interactions.
• Prioritize safety, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain necessary pesticide licensing (company sponsored).
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and access confined spaces.
• Aptitude for learning and explaining practical solutions with confidence and care.
• A service-oriented mindset focused on building customer loyalty and trust.
