The Role • Preparation, setup, and commissioning of machinery and plants for production processes. • Steering and monitoring of ongoing manufacturing processes. • Conducting quality checks and performing maintenance on equipment. • Training and instructing production staff on workplace procedures. • Performing SAP system bookings and ensuring a clean, safe, and orderly workspace. What You'll Need • Completed training as a Machine and Plant Operator, or equivalent qualification (e.g., Process Mechanic, Production Mechanic, Industrial Mechanic). • Experience in shift work within a manufacturing environment, ideally in the automotive industry. • Basic knowledge of robotics and welding technology is a plus. • Good German language skills (minimum B2 level).
